About Launchpad Institute
Launchpad Institute is a private coding tutoring company serving families across the greater Seattle area and students online. We teach 1-on-1 and in small groups, and we build every course around the student in front of us rather than a fixed syllabus.
Our mission is to give students real, transferable skills and a finished project they are proud of. Learning sticks when a student is genuinely interested, so we start from what they want to build and teach the fundamentals through it. Our students range from first-time block coders to teenagers shipping competition entries.
People teach our classes and people write our curricula. Where we use AI, and where we will not, is set out in our AI usage disclaimer. We expect everyone on the team to work within it.
